Files & printing
Do you print and ship?
No. We provide print-ready PDFs with bleed and crop marks in the listed formats, so you can print locally when you need them.
Which file formats do I get?
You receive the file formats listed for your package: print-ready PDFs, screen-ready PNGs, logo exports and editable Canva files where included.
Where is the guest guide hosted?
Your guide is shared through a private link accessed by QR code. Hosting and one content update per year are included as listed. Sensitive access codes and Wi-Fi passwords should not be placed on publicly accessible pages.
Revisions & timing
How many revisions?
One full round across the whole set. Extra rounds are $29 each.
Can you rush it?
Yes. 48-hour delivery is +30% on any package, subject to availability.

Payment & Airbnb rules
How does payment work?
50% deposit to start, the balance when you approve final files. Payment by card (USD) or UPI and bank transfer (INR).
What if I don't like the drafts?
If the first direction misses the mark, we’ll review your feedback and rework it once. The applicable refund and design-fee terms will be confirmed before work begins.
Is a direct-booking site allowed?
Yes, for guests who find you elsewhere or come back. Keep the link out of your Airbnb listing text and photos, and don't share it before an Airbnb booking.
