Things to know
Files & printing
Do you print and ship?
No. You get print-ready PDFs with bleed and crop marks, sized for local print shops: A5, A6, business card and tent card.
Which file formats do I get?
PDF for print, PNG for screens and social, SVG and PNG for your logo, plus editable Canva files for printables in Identity and Complete.
Where is the guest guide hosted?
On a private link behind your QR code. Hosting and one content update a year are included. Lock codes and Wi-Fi passwords are never published on the open page.
Revisions & timing
How many revisions?
One full round across the whole set. Extra rounds are $29 each.
Can you rush it?
Yes. 48-hour delivery is +30% on any package, subject to availability.
I have several properties
Each extra property in the same brand is 40% off. Use the Properties counter in the builder to see the total.
Payment & Airbnb rules
How does payment work?
50% deposit to start, the balance when you approve final files. Payment by card (USD) or UPI and bank transfer (INR).
What if I don't like the drafts?
Tell us what's off and we rework the direction once. If it still isn't right before final files, we refund the deposit minus a design fee.
Is a direct-booking site allowed?
Yes, for guests who find you elsewhere or come back. Keep the link out of your Airbnb listing text and photos, and don't share it before an Airbnb booking.
